1.purpose:
The JCB-CJ10 intelligent remote control, portable methane examination
reporters (abbreviation: gas examination reporter) is a new instrumentation
developed by the coal branch research department of our company after
many years’ careful exploration and research, designed according to
the GB code "GB13486-200" production standard, which uses
the micro computer technological subminiature portable instrumentation.
Above all ,the new product can provide coal mine workers’ personal
safety and our national property with reliable security safeguard.
This instrumentation could continuously examine the coal mine ,
the excavating working surface, the wind lane and the methane density
value. The sound, light, reporting and the time demonstrating three
kinds of merits could supply the mine administrative personnel, the
excavation staff, the mobile personnel safety. And they are convenient
to take along with.
2.function characteristic:
(1) The high technical content
Using the monolithic microcomputer processing technology, the new
product applies the entire digitized processing special-purpose software;
using the surface paste welding craft to guarantee the entire machine
micro miniaturization, the high precision, stability and reliability.
The opening machine achieves a zero stability in 10 seconds after
power on. In a year it does not need the hardware electric circuit
zero spot manual correction. The remote control correction makes the
instrument operation easier, avoids the users in the mine regulating
instrument, was advantageous for the specialized serviceman management
and maintenance.
(2) Clock function
There is the clock chip in the instrument. So it may demonstrate
"minute, second" and is already established after leaving
the factory. It exists forever unless out of the electricity and may
also use the remote control to carry on the establishment.
